You completed the introduction to ADEC performance management course.

You now understand the concept of the performance management system, and the purpose of implementing it in ADEC, you are also able to identify the steps involved in the performance management cycle.

You are now able to set your objectives on the PMS and align them to your managers objectives, moreover you learnt how to review and track your objectives progress on the PMS, and how to perform the year end appraisal process.

As a manager in ADEC you learnt how to cascade and create objectives for your team and how to transfer and approve them, you are also able to identify your role in the year end appraisal process.
