Sure, let’s start from the step you are in now... After cascading or creating new objectives to your employees you should transfer them so they can start their objective setting process.

That’s right Mr. Mustafa then you will transfer them back so they can share with their team members then again they should transfer them back to you for final approval and one more time you will approve and transfer back to them.
