Lesson 2: PMS at ADEC
Performance Management was implemented at ADEC in 2012.
According to the eligibility of new employees to the Performance Management Cycle, employees must be confirmed at the time for the Year End Appraisal Review (which takes place by the end of the Year) to be granted a performance rating.
Since it takes a minimum of 6 months to be confirmed, employees joining after July can’t be confirmed by December. However, all new employees should prepare their performance plans upon joining to be also used as a confirmation tool.
