Manager’s year-end appraisal process
In order to carry out your role as a manager in the year-end appraisal process; you need to perform 4 easy steps. We will give you an overview of these steps here and then we will discuss each one in details in the following lessons.

- Step 1: Review employee’s self appraisal
You will receive a notification to start reviewing the self appraisal once your employees complete their process and transfer to you.
- Step 2: Appraise employee against his required competencies and objectives
You can make changes to your employees appraisal and ratings if needed.
- Step 3: Share appraisal with employee
You should share your ratings with the employee so that they can review the appraisal before you finalize.

After discussion with employee, give final ratings, This will be sent for review to the next in hierarchy.
