Oh .. ok that’s easy; When the Performance Management Admin (in HR) publishes the plan for the year, all employees receive a notification in the ERP / via email.

Not quite yet, actually The objective setting process starts with the DG, cascading down the hierarchy to the Executive Directors and the Division Managers. Your objective setting process on the other hand will only start when your manager transfers the objective setting process to you.
