Hello Saif; we do the midyear review To record achievements against objectives or targets that were set at the beginning of the year. And to Identify whether or not the objective is on track or if it is at risk to be achieved at the desired target.

Well .. you can modify objectives and targets - update, add, or delete them- only due to valid business reasons, and with the approval of the immediate line manager.
