Objective setting Process

Midyear review as explained in module 1 is the second stage in the performance management cycle.

It takes place during the middle of the year.

We will give you an overview of midyear review process here and then discuss each step in details in the following lessons.

  • Step 1: Performance Review report

    The process of Mid Year Review starts with employees printing the Mid Year Review report from the system and scheduling a meeting with their appraiser.

  • Step 2: View and track objective progress

    Once the achievements/ completion percentage is discussed and approved with the immediate line manager, the employee updates the information on the Mid Year Review report available on the system and sends to the Manager for approval.
